Got access to being a captain without owning a ship

Hi, im not sure if this is a bug or it is casue i joined a guild but i while being on kap.gg/profile i clicked “Port” and then “get a ship”, it redirected me to magiceden but i closed the site without doing anything and instantly my outfit changed to a captain and now i can start a public game with my own ship.
