Allow connection retries when playing as company

It often happens that the backend or some connection issue kicks a company player from a ship, and it takes about 10 seconds to reload the dock and run back to the company board to rejoin a ship. Oftentimes I want to rejoin the same captain, but joining is a dice roll - it’s likely you end up with a different captain. Allow an option to retry to join the same ship upon being kicked for whatever reason. Big QoL upgrade.
