After 2-5 minutes kicks me out of the game

I can't play because this error pops up after 2-5 minutes and kicks me out of the game. I've noticed there are only red teams, I'm blue, how am I supposed to go attack them if I'm alone? The game needs to be balanced.

It doesn't matter which server I join because the same error pops up, doubloons no longer gives anything for the blue team, I think that's why I'm alone.
